Plum Core is a bulky roving made with the brushed woolen process, giving us springiness and easy felting. Canadian sheep live in a severe climate therefore grow a lofty, strong, medium micron fiber. We find it builds shapes easily and quickly.
Relative to Sarafina Core, this line is a thicker roving, slightly higher micron, with more color variation in each color. From Custom Woolen Mills in Alberta Canada.
Plum Core is over all a purple color with with pink tones. A beautiful color for gnomes, flowers, and more.
