These Mini Stabbits are from a different manufacturer than our original. They are not quite what we wanted them to be. They will work just fine, but we wanted to bring them to you at a discount while we continue our search for the best quality Mini Stabbits.
The Stabbit Wabbit Mini Set includes two burlap drawstring bags, One of the Stabbi Wabbi measuring 5 x 7 inches and the Stabb Wabb measuring 2.5 x 5 inches. Fill these smaller bags with rice and use them to support small and large felting projects. You can work on those difficult-to-reach areas, like inside a hat, in a large animal's mouth, between animal arms and legs, etc.
Note: The surface is inherently different from working on foam. You may have to lift your work off if you are repeatedly stabbing in one place to prevent interlocking. After you adjust you will no longer notice, it just becomes a part of your method. Also, move your work around the surface and use the other side to evenly wear your Stabbit Wabbit Mini Set - it will prolong the life.
This is my second time purchasing the mini stabbit- I find it so useful for doing finicky and awkward areas for stabbing. I’m not a big fan of the rice, so this time I’ll stuff my mini with some spare will bits and bobs. I’m buying another mini just because I’ve misplaced mine!
