Bear Felting Eweniversity
The Bear is an advanced project for those with experience making armatures, wrapping wool, and creating basic shapes. You will learn how to make the armature with claws, sculpt shapes for the body and face, layer longer fiber, and add the finishing details and coloring. *This tutorial shows a polar bear, with information provided about how to adapt for a black bear, grizzly bear, or panda bear.
There is also a "bonus feature" of the black bear construction thanks to a goof in filming with no audio. Sara and Kyla discuss the project in this director's cut style footage.
